Fomento AIC recibir\u00e1 150.000 euros del Ayuntamiento de Gandia para rehabilitar el edificio centenario Esta ayuda se aprob\u00f3 en el pleno del jueves 26 de octubre, previa aprobaci\u00f3n en la comisi\u00f3n del Pleno de Inversiones, Econom\u00eda y Estrategia de Ciudad. La cantidad de dinero se destinar\u00e1 principalmente para rehabilitar, principalmente, los techos y suelos del edifico que se encuentran en mal estado. Adem\u00e1s, se trabajar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n en los salones de Fomento con el fin de mejorar su seguridad y modernizar las instalaciones. Se trata de un dinero que proviene del remanente de tesorer\u00eda del actual ejercicio, por lo que la aprobaci\u00f3n en pleno ha hecho posible que este dinero se destine este mismo a\u00f1o, en concepto de \u00abalquiler con opci\u00f3n a compra\u00bb, para rehabilitar un edificio que necesita \u00abrenovar todas las deficiencias que tiene la casa, porque es muy antigua\u00bb, como bien asegur\u00f3 hace unos meses el Presidente de Fomento,\u00a0Joaqu\u00edn\u00a0Barber.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
