El objetivo de esta actividad es &#8220;hacer frente al estr\u00e9s y a la ansiedad despertando cuerpo y mente&#8221;, con la ayuda de varios libros &#8220;escogidos delicadamente&#8221; para que acompa\u00f1e a los participantes en cada sesi\u00f3n.
