Agentes de la Guardia Civil de la Comandancia de Valencia adscritos a la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Gandia en colaboraci\u00f3n con Polic\u00eda Local de Daim\u00fas han identificado a un hombre que se encontraba cazando de manera ilegal en la playa de Daim\u00fas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El investigado se encontraba cazando aves fring\u00edlidas mediante la t\u00e9cnica denominada liga. Atra\u00eda mediante un reclamo a los p\u00e1jaros hasta unos \u00e1rboles donde hab\u00eda instalado varillas impregnadas en con pegamento sin posibilidad de huir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como reclamo para atraer a las aves utilizaba el tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil, acci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 prohibida en la normativa de caza y considerada como infracci\u00f3n grave. Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1 regulada por normativa europea a la que se tienen que adaptar la normativa nacional y de las diferentes comunidades aut\u00f3nomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las aves capturadas (un jilguero, una tarabilla y dos bisbita patrense) son intervenidas y trasladadas al centro de recuperaci\u00f3n de fauna silvestre de El Saler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por ello, se investig\u00f3 a un hombre de 51 a\u00f1os y de nacionalidad argelina por un delito contra la fauna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
